Split full names into separate first, middle, and last name columns.

The first row is protected as the header. Each full name is split on whitespace after trimming repeated spaces.

Split Full Name into Columns

For First + Last, the first word becomes First Name and everything after it becomes Last Name. For three columns, the first word is First Name, the last word is Last Name, and words between them become Middle Name.

Undo and Redo controls are available with the current grid.
