Group & Summarize Data

Group spreadsheet rows and calculate useful summaries without formulas or PivotTables.

Choose one or more grouping columns, select a value column and calculation, preview the grouped result, then create a separate Summary worksheet.

The first row supplies column names. Your source worksheet remains unchanged; Apply creates a separate Summary worksheet.

Load spreadsheet data to choose grouping columns.

Blank/non-numeric values are ignored for numeric calculations. Count counts nonblank values; Count Distinct counts unique nonblank values.

Undo and Redo controls are available with the current grid.
